Pad is advertised as 30 x 30. I ordered it and received a 30 x 32. I asked Green River Tack to issue a UPS call tag so I could return the false advertised item. My request was ignored. I returned the pad and paid the return shipping(so now I paid shipping both ways for an item that I would not have ordered due to the size discrepancy). I requested a refund for the pad and also a refund for my shipping cost to return the item. The company refunded the price of the pad, but did not issue a refund for the return shipping. They have completely ignored the size discrepancy and their mistake. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS with them again!!
